Joanna Radziwiłł – 26 years of experience in work to the benefit of young charges – children and youth, as well as adults in need of help – clinical psychologist, educator, mother of three adult children, director of Fundacja Joanny Radziwiłł Opiekuńcze Skrzydła Foundation, founder of two day homes for children: Dom Św. Mikołaja (St. Nicholas’s House), Dom Pawła (Paul’s House), as well as owner of the Pracownia Psychologiczna psychological clinic. Organiser of many charity balls, concerts, exhibitions and polo matches. For many years now the problems of children and youth, their families and the problems of alcoholic families have been especially close to her heart. Her experience and kind-heartedness towards others mean that many seemingly impossible things become fact. For her activities to the benefit of children and youth she has been distinguished by the President of the Republic of Poland, the Polish Medical Association, the Foundation of St. Albert, the Mayor of the Commune of Praga-Południe, as a Successful Woman of Mazovia, distinguished by the Polish National UNICEF Committee, the Foundation in Support of Local Democracy, the Empowering Children Foundation, the Alina Margolis-Edelman Award. Magdalena Kryńska – pedagogue, specialist in education management and social potential. Co-founder of three day homes for children: Dom Małego Stasia, Dom Św. Mikołaja and Dom Pawła. Privately mother to beloved Marysia. Passionate breeder of Irish Setters.
Monika Czarnecka - pedagogue, artistic soul. She recently joined the team. Monika hitherto worked at a preschool and now is the time for new challenges. The children have taken to her very warmly and almost immediately formed a warm and genial relation with her.
Tomasz Wrzosek - architect by profession, educator by passion. Friend and companion to the youth of Dom Pawła House. He is infecting all of the Paweł members with his passion for the mountains. Excellent organiser of energetic expeditions. Open and plugged in to the needs of the youth. Privately father to small Tomek and the even smaller Tosia.

In her former life media manager at a media house and owner of a seasonal café. Presently a mother in the company of men – 3 sons, a tomcat and husband. Travel aficionado, especially a fan of spontaneous trips and all sports. During her free time she is training for a marathon and attempting to implement mindfulness in her life, as well as exploring the mysteries behind psychology. Full of peace and ideas. Always open to the world and others.
Krystyna Odolińska - Ambassador and Volunteer with the Opiekuńcze Skrzydła Foundation. Her day job is creating beautiful jewellery of the KOD brand, she cooks delightful dinners for our children. Incredible optimist and life of the party 🙂
Maria Jasińska - Legal advisor for whom nothing is impossible. Incredible personality, full of energy and optimism. Specialist in civil law, labour law and economic law. In her life she adheres to the principle of Professor Tadeusz Kotarbiński: “Do something, love someone and don’t be a clout.” She works for the Foundation free of charge, supporting our charges with her knowledge and experience.
