We know how difficult this experience is and how important it is to provide specialized support from a psychotherapist and often pharmacology.It&#8217;s important to be aware that depression is not &#8220;just sadness&#8221; or &#8220;insufficiency of life&#8221;. It is a serious illness that requires professional help. Today we want to emphasize the importance of talking about depression and supporting people who suffer from it.     <br\/><br\/>Therefore, at the Foundation House, <strong>thanks to your help, we can provide regular psychological support to the most needy children, young people and their parents<\/strong>. <strong>Together we can counteract depression and reduce its impact on people&#8217;s lives<\/strong>. Let&#8217;s not be afraid to speak out about it and seek help for ourselves or our loved ones.
