Children’s auction organizers Helping is an art<\/em><\/h4>\n\n

Poland’s largest auction house Desa Unicum <\/strong>together with the Joanna Radziwill Care Wings Foundation<\/strong> for the first time in such a large charity auction. Works of art can be viewed and purchased for 15 days from 22.12.2020 to 7.01.2021 on the platform https:\/\/bid.desa.pl<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/strong> . The proceeds from the auction will be used for the needs of children and young people from the Caring Wings Foundation. With such financial support, we can provide them with safe development and equal educational and social opportunities. <\/p>\n\n

This unique event brings together the art world of adults with children who are threatened by social exclusion. We believe that by combining environments we can make a real impact on social change, on the comfort of the youngest and those left behind. Proceeds from the Pomaganie to sztuka<\/em> auction will be used to support 34 lonely children who come from pathological, violent and addicted families and are under the constant care of the Care Wings Foundation. <\/p>\n\n

Joanna Radziwill Care Wings Foundation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The small Joanna Radziwill Care Wings Foundation, located in Warsaw’s Praga district, faced an extremely difficult task: to invite dozens of male and female artists to work together on behalf of the stranded 34 children and youth in its charge. The Foundation runs two day homes for children aged 6 – 19, where, together with a team of educators, psychologists and volunteers, every day supports them in their development, equalizing their educational, cultural and social opportunities. Thanks to the support of the Foundation’s many friends, as many as 61 female artists are participating in the Helping is Art!<\/em> auction .<\/em> Among the works you can find the famous sculpture “Kozio\u0142ek Mato\u0142ek” by Pawel Althamer, photography, Warsaw streets from the ’80s by Chris Niedenthal or the extraordinary painting “Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse” by Jan Lebenstein. THANK YOU! _____________________________________ Information about the organizers Joanna Radziwill Care Wings Foundation The small Joanna Radziwill Care Wings Foundation, located in Warsaw’s Praga district, faced an extremely difficult task: to invite dozens of male and female artists to work together on behalf of the stranded 34 children and youth in its charge. The Foundation runs two day homes for children aged 6 – 19, where, together with a team of educators, psychologists and volunteers, every day supports them in their development, equalizing their educational, cultural and social opportunities. Thanks to the support of the Foundation’s many friends, as many as 61 female artists are participating in the Helping is Art! auction .
