The mentoring program run by the SBA Foundation Valores is the first Polish venture philanthropy fund established by experienced professionals affiliated with the Polish Association of Capital Investors.
We have been in the program since September 2019.
The idea of the PSIK SBA program is to transfer knowledge and business competence between PSIK members – private equity / venture capital fund managers – and leaders of leading social organizations in Poland. Social organizations, thanks to this support, can increase their effectiveness and scope of social impact.
We have been in good hands for a year, developing our business, strategy, management and team.
All this is done so that the wards have even better social and educational care. In the implementation of the SBA Program, we have so far received:
- Regular mentoring support – more than 70 hours during 14 meetings,
- constant care from professionals – mentor Emil Daciuk and members of the Valores Foundation,
- Support in the development of a specific program of action setting initiatives and priorities needed for implementation,
- financial support during the pandemic period, which incredibly gave us wings to act and not give up on adversity.
What’s next?
Our further goal is to continue working with the Valores Foundation in an even broader way (and to work on the foundation’s development).
