Group Enrollment

The enrollment process for groups for children and adolescents at the Joanna Radziwill Care Wings Foundation:

Step 1 Download and complete the documents

• Parents or legal guardians interested in enrolling their child in the foundation download the necessary documents from the foundation’s website or receive them in person at the foundation’s headquarters.

Step 2 Delivery of documents to the Foundation

• The completed documents should be delivered in person to the foundation during opening hours.
  

Step 3 Consideration of the survey and decision

• Once the documents are provided, the foundation will process applications. It may also contact parents or guardians for additional information, if necessary.
• Once the evaluation process is complete, the foundation decides whether to accept the child into the group.

Step 4 Notification of the decision

• The Foundation informs parents/guardians of the outcome of the recruitment process by phone, e-mail, in writing or in person. In case of a positive decision, further steps regarding the child’s participation are communicated.
  
  The decision is made on a case-by-case basis, based on each child’s living and financial situation, and depending on the vacancies in the group.
