President of the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Clinical psychologist, therapist, educator. Co-founder of the Caring Wings Foundation and owner of the Psychological Workshop. For many years she has been particularly close to the problems of families and children in need of daily help, socially neglected, poor, lonely. She helps the small and the big. A constant creator of new ideas. Effective in action. Open to the world and people. Loves nature, simplicity, home and meetings with loved ones. Decorated by the Polish Medical Association, awarded by the Polish National Committee of UNICEF, the Foundation We Give Children Strength , the Mayor of Praga-Południe district and the President of the Republic of Poland. Knight of the Order of the Smile.

MAŁGORZATA KOSTRO-OLECHOWSKA Director of communications and fundraising

Director of communications and fundraising.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, she has spent the last 20 years in the cultural industry. She was the former Director of Promotion and Distribution of Gutek Film. She also worked with film producers in charge of promotion and PR, as well as wellbeing.  Creator of film series that have become a permanent part of the repertoire of cinemas
studios: Philosophical Meetings, High Heels Club. 
Culture inspires and supports her to work on personal development, and consequently to develop culture in business. In action, she helps
combine two, often opposing, important values – creativity and efficiency.  
She is certified by HEC Paris Boosting Creativity for Innovation and has completed the Psychological Leadership Academy organized by the TROP Group. She is focused on continuous learning.

Head of Projects and Finance

 

By training a finance specialist and a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), with over a decade of professional experience. Privately, she is an empathetic and attentive mother and wife. At the Foundation, she does what she truly enjoys and what gives her a sense of purpose — helping others. In addition to finance, she has also completed studies in graphic design. She loves solving puzzles, hiking via ferratas, and seeking unconventional solutions — both at work and in life.

BEATA KOWALCZYK Communications specialist

Communications Specialist.

Master’s Degree in Art History with a Specialization in Pedagogy and a Graduate of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. For many years she has been carrying out dedicated graphic design projects. She deals extensively with activities involving social media. Co-creates and supports communication and fundraising strategies. In her free time, she runs a cooking channel, takes photographs and creates video content. She brings to the Foundation her extraordinary calm and knowledge from her numerous competencies and interests.

LIUDMYLA MYRONCHUK Educator (Warsaw)

Educator of children aged 7 – 12 at the foundation’s Santa Claus House in the Warsaw branch.

Pedagogue, master’s degree in history – graduate of the National University “Ostrog Academy” in Ukraine. She has 8 years of experience as a lecturer in education in the areas of history
and jurisprudence, she also led a folklore circle. She did her pedagogical internship
at the Eastern European State University in Przemyśl. She enjoys working with children because the opportunity to participate in the development of a young person gives her a lot of satisfaction. She accompanies
children with attentiveness, bestowing her warmth and sense of humor on them, and they respond with joy and trust. She enjoys spending time reading books, learning Polish, baking sweets, and on the road – she likes to travel and ride her bicycle. In life, she follows the ethical principle “Treat others as you would want to be treated.”

PAULINA NOWACZEWSKA Educator (Warsaw)

Educator of children aged 7 – 12 at the foundation’s Santa Claus House in the Warsaw branch.

She graduated with a degree in pedagogy in socio-cultural animation and cultural texts and sociology. During her studies, she not only acquired theoretical knowledge, but also developed practical skills through action and experience in accordance with the idea of “learning by doing.” She has been associated for years with organizations working with children and youth in local communities. Open to conversation and dialogue. Both in her daily life and in her work with children, she strives to impart not only knowledge, but also to show inspiring aspects of the everyday world. In her free time from work and study, she develops a wide range of interests. From music and cinema to bicycle tours and board games. She enjoys sharing her many passions in her work with children.

JAKUB GRYCUK Educator (Warsaw)

Educator of young people aged 12 to 19 at the foundation’s Paul House in the Warsaw branch.

He has experience working with young people at risk of social maladjustment and socially maladjusted, as well as with their families. He acted as an animator for a group of children and adolescents in migrant crisis for several months. He is currently studying re-socialization pedagogy at the Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education. In her free time she walks her dog. She brings her experience and empathy to the Foundation, effectively supporting young people in overcoming difficulties and inspiring positive change.

MAREK CZEZYK Educator (Kamionka)

Educator of the Kamionka branch.

An art historian and landscape architect by training. His sun in the galaxy is photography – he runs his own business as a photographer. Among the planets of passions and hobbies are nature and birdwatching, Star Wars, the Marvel cinematic universe, and the world of the Bible. The galaxy of his activities and passionate life stories is permeated by people. He enjoys meeting, talking to, getting to know, photographing – people. Meeting and getting to know new people is a valuable and intriguing experience for him. A great lover and collector of Legos. In his free time, he enjoys reading books, running and playing board games, and in speech and writing, games and word games. He does not like monotony. He values independence, creativity and a bit of craziness.

Management graduate, educator, undergoing 4 years of training at DIALOG School of Psychotherapy and 5 years of studies in psychology. Graduate of a one-year Psychological Assistance Program at the Institute of Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy and an advanced degree in Solution Focused Therapy (TSR). Certified musician. A volcano of wonderful energy, professional in action, open to people and the world. At the Caring Wings Foundation, she pursues her dreams, concretely and effectively helping others.

In everyday life, he divides his time between Poznań, Lublin, and Warsaw, though his commitment knows no borders.

Economist, a graduate of three fields of study: Foreign Trade, International Taxation, and European Integration. She runs her own business consultancy and is the organizer of 15 editions of the “Wielcy Małym” charity auctions, supporting animals harmed by human activity, carried out in cooperation with theatre artists, painters, and sculptors.

Journalist and media manager with over 20 years of professional experience, associated with Telewizja Polska and Belsat TV. Co-founder of the Solidarity Zone Foundation, which for more than eight years has been supporting political prisoners and their families in Belarus and in exile. Driven by the need for deeper dialogue and exchange of ideas, she created her original YouTube project “Rozmowy Galeryjne” (“Gallery Conversations”). An enthusiast of non-fiction literature and theatre. In her private life, she most enjoys spending time in the mountains, traveling with her son, Jaś.
