📣 Join our team! We are looking for a Fundraising Specialist / Specialist.
We are looking for an experienced person who will be responsible for fundraising, contacting people interested in helping children, developing and implementing a fundraising strategy at the Foundation.
Your responsibilities
- Raising funds from institutional, individual and business donors,
- Creating, developing and implementing a fundraising strategy,
- Search for, establish and maintain relationships with individual and business donors,
- Preparation of plans and proposals for cooperation tailored to the needs and specifics of donors ( preparation of materials, sponsorship offers, fundraising letters),
- Collaborate on promotional activities targeting partners and donors,
- Cooperation with the Board
Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising from business / institutional partners / individuals or in marketing community projects,
- University education or in the course of study,
- Knowledge of the specifics of the operation of NGOs,
- Openness to contacts and ability to build relationships with others,
- Presentation and negotiation skills,
- Good English language skills,
- Positive attitude and courage to take on new challenges
