More than 1,000 – that’s how many non-governmental organizations operate in Prague-South. They run places of local activity, work with children, young people, families and seniors, as well as excluded people. Our Caring Wings Foundation is one of them.
You will recognize our stand by its very homely atmosphere 🙂 Together with our charges and volunteers we are preparing for you cakes, lemonade, rocking chair 🙂
A great opportunity for residents to get acquainted with non-governmental organizations, as well as local businesses, institutions and cultural institutions will be the Prague-Southern Presentations 2021, a picnic in the park of the Prague AK District. The event will be held on June 12, 2021 at. 12:00-17:00. Participation is free of charge.
What will happen at the picnic?
Decupage and art workshops, quizzes with prizes, acrobatics demonstration training, a meeting with the local library, a photo booth, and an outdoor game. Plus 3D printing classes, designing your own mural, frisbee disc sports demonstrations and making your own bags. But that’s not all! People with disabilities will be able to get advice from specialists who help them find jobs, those willing to do so will be able to adopt a dog or cat, and get acquainted with exhibits about the district. There will also be a stage at the picnic, which will include a concert of songs by Agnieszka Osiecka and a theatrical performance for children, “Centipede and Company.”
There will also be local business at the Prague-Southern Presentations – there will be drawing and painting classes, learning to dress wounds for children and capoeira mini-workshops, as well as learning to play Brazilian instruments.One of the partners is Volkswagen Group Cichy-Zasada Warsaw branch, which has prepared go-kart races.

Organizers
The event is organized by the Zwalcz Nuda Foundation, and co-organized by the District Commission for Social Dialogue in Praga-South. Praga-South Presentations 2021 is co-financed by the Office of the Praga-South District of the City of Warsaw.
