Royal Feast in our Garden

With the arrival of warm days in our garden, a “Royal Feast” took place, transporting us straight to India. First, we made preparations together, during which we learned about aromatic spices and Indian dishes, and then feasted together.

👑 The King’s Feast is one of our home events where children, along with the help of adults, prepare themed dishes. First, we gather in our kitchen, where we divide into smaller subgroups. Each prepares something delicious for the rest. It’s a truly culinary and cultural journey through which we discover new flavors.

The Royal Feast is a magical time when our kitchen turns into the heart of the House, we spend time with each other and talk while we cook. We keep our dishes a secret until we put them on the table. Then each team presents what they have prepared today. And then we feast together savoring the delicious dishes. Ideas for themes are many, there have been Rancho-style feasts with seasonal produce, or Latin American cuisine.

It is thanks to the Big Platter program that we can make lunches more varied for children and take such culinary and cultural journeys together. Learn more about how to support child nutrition:
