Our work with children is a complex process that involves various stages, even lasting several years at a time. We watch children grow up, change, form their first relationships, gain confidence and strengthen their sense of security.
- The last year, in cooperation with the Valores Foundation, we have been working on a social impact tool.
- The entire process on the part of Valores was led by Agnieszka Borek, whom we would like to thank very much for guiding the process of creating the survey tool, accompanying us and providing invaluable support.
- On the Foundation’s part, the entire team was involved at the beginning of the process, and a research team was established at a later stage.
The tool that has been created makes it possible to study the changes that occur in the children in our charge under the influence of our interactions. In the areas of self-reliance, self-acceptance, broadening perspective and developing social skills.
With hard test results, we can accurately see the level of change taking place in each child, in each group.
We can even more effectively influence the care and education process to achieve the highest possible results in each of these areas, and with each child.
Increasing performance means:
- Increasing self-confidence,
- self-acceptance,
- An increase in motivation for action,
- development changes,
- A better understanding of one’s needs,
- Naming one’s emotions and skillfully expressing them,
- Resolving difficulties and conflicts verbally,

Achieving these skills greatly increases a sense of self-satisfaction and comfort in life. It is a ticket to a conscious life in the future.
Thanks to the research, we can help children even better. And the research results are hard proof that the model we have created for working with children makes profound sense.
