Dear friend and friend of our Foundation, dear donors, dear volunteers! We are trying our best to take care of our wards. We want the Foundation House to be able to stay open as long as possible in the current situation of the relationship with COVID. Therefore, please read and follow the information below.
Due to the increased incidence of COVID,
From 5. 10.2020 until further notice, we are introducing the following restrictions.
- Volunteers_ we ask you to come only at a strictly defined time and purpose, such as the day and time to work with a specific child, support educators during specific workshops or outings. After finishing your work, we ask you to leave the Foundation House. At the entrance, we ask you to sign the Volunteer Statement( you will find the statement on the locker at the entrance) and put it back in your shirt.
- Guests and friends: if you want to visit us, contact us well in advance (up to two days in advance). Please limit spontaneous visits and/or donations significantly. Feel free to contact us by phone or tele-video.
- Hygiene rules: there is a hand sanitizer and thermometer at the entrance to the Foundation House. Immediately after entering the House, disinfect your hands and take your temperature. Those with a temperature above 37.2 are asked to leave the House immediately. Of course, you are welcome when the temperature decreases a bit:)
- Don’t walk around the house if you don’t have to:) We ask all guests and friends not to enter the kitchen. Please stay in the room where you have an appointment or where you happen to be supporting any of the children in your charge. If it is possible spend time with the children in our garden.
- Keep your distance. We know that hugs and friendly greetings are one of the most important parts of a day at the Foundation House. Our children know the safety rules and are happy to give you a “high-five.” You may also find other ways to say hello and keep in touch.
Adherence to the above rules means greater safety and health protection for our wards as well as volunteers_szek and friends_of the Foundation. We would appreciate your understanding 🙂
