We were approached by several of our graduates who, along with their friends, belong to the Awantura Warszawska team. The group of ordinary guys, as they write about themselves, were united by a passion for soccer and HELP. On their Facebook page they wrote: Thank you for the trust you have placed in us, we promise not to disappoint and to present the highest possible level on and off the field.
They write about themselves that they are “ordinary” for us they are EXCEPTIONAL!
There are several alumni of “Wings” in our team, hence we know and vouch with our heads (or perhaps we should say, feet) that this is a trustworthy foundation that realistically provides help – mainly to children, but not only. A lot of warm words can be safely said about the people working there – all of them, including the volunteers. Perhaps the most important thing is that they have a great deal of empathy, warmth, willingness, but also knowledge of how to realistically improve the quality of life of the wards. For them, this is not just a job, but a vocation and a life mission.
