Christmas this year will not be as special as usual at the Foundation House. For us, for our wards children and their families, it is an extremely important and magical time.

A time full of warmth, love, real emotions, conversations. Every year, together with the children, we choose a Christmas tree that reaches up to the ceiling! Together we glue a paper chain, dust off other Christmas decorations. Just like in a real Home. This Home is precisely the most important for our children and young people.

Thanks to you, Christmas can happen

In spite of the distance we keep, the hybrid work with children, in spite of the successive restrictions that are being introduced in connection with COVID-19, our dream is to give them a real Christmas on the scale of possibilities. As we do every year, we collect symbolic letters to Santa Claus from children and young people. We collect their dreams, ideas, desires.

As every year, we are looking for willing individuals – Santa Clauses who can make one child’s dream come true.

In December 2020, we want to meet Christmas in small groups and hybrid in our garden. We will dress the Christmas tree we have in the garden, we want to take care of small refreshments, we will light candles. We will sing Christmas carols and give gifts to the children. We will take care of our health and safety. Therefore, this year, unfortunately, we can not invite you – our friends and girlfriends. We believe that you understand our decision.

Will there be a Christmas?
